Shipping Policy
After you successfully place your order, a Naroma customer service representative will contact you directly to verify the order and inform you of the delivery time and related shipping policies.
Delivery Methods
Shipping via Freight Forwarders:
Shipping fees will be paid directly to the freight forwarder upon receipt of goods.
For some freight forwarders requiring prepayment, please pay the shipping fee before receiving the goods.
Delivery time: Within the same day or a maximum of 1 day after placing the order.
Applicable: This method is only for customers in the Southwest region of Vietnam where freight forwarders provide support.
Shipping via Express Delivery:
We will ship goods through VNPT’s delivery units.
If you choose prepayment, you only need to pay the shipping fee to the postal worker upon receiving the goods.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you will have to pay the total amount including product price, shipping fee, and collection fee.
Delivery time varies depending on the delivery method: express delivery (2-3 days for inner city areas), standard delivery (5-7 days), and possibly longer for outer city areas.
Delivery Policy
For customers in Ho Chi Minh City:
Method: Direct delivery by company staff.
Delivery time: Same day for inner city areas.
Shipping cost: According to the price list at the time of delivery.
Product inspection: You can inspect the product before payment. If you find any breakage or damaged seals, you can refuse to accept the goods.
Payment: After inspection and confirmation, you pay directly to the delivery staff.
For customers in other provinces and cities:
Method: Delivery via post office, using COD (Cash on Delivery).
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping cost: According to the company’s current price list.
Product inspection: Customers can inspect the product before payment and have the right to refuse it if the goods are incorrect, damaged, or not in their original condition.
Payment method: Payment upon delivery. (After checking the order details, customers proceed to pay the delivery staff.)
Responsibility for transported goods
We are fully responsible for the goods, including the risk of loss or damage during transportation from the warehouse to the customer.
Customers need to carefully inspect the goods upon receipt: If any problems are found such as damage, scratches, breakage, or errors, please sign the confirmation with the delivery staff and immediately contact customer service via the hotline on the website for timely assistance.
Customer Rights Upon Delivery
Inspect Goods Before Payment: Inspect the order in detail to ensure your rights are protected.
Refuse to Accept Goods: If you find the goods are incorrect, the quantity is wrong, or they are damaged during transportation, you have the right to refuse acceptance without incurring any additional costs.
