Return Conditions
Please carefully check the product condition and you can request an exchange or return immediately upon receipt in the following cases:
The product does not match the type or model ordered or as described on the website at the time of ordering.
The quantity of products is insufficient or not the correct set as stated in the order.
The product shows signs of damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, or other external quality issues.
Customers must provide complete documentation proving the above defects to complete the exchange or return process, including: product images, purchase invoice, and bank transfer information (if any).
Regulations on Notification and Return Shipping Time
Notification time for exchange/return: Immediately upon receipt for cases of missing, incorrect, or damaged products.
Return shipping time: Within 3 days from the time of receipt.
Product Return Locations: You can return products directly to our office or store, or send them via postal service.
